This document is a translation provided for ease of reading. The governing document, including for the purposes of Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, is the Spanish version, which prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

We respect your privacy by design: this site only uses analytics cookies if you authorize us, and it does not use advertising cookies.

01 What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. They can be technical (necessary for the site to work), preference, analytics or advertising cookies.

02 Cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies

These are the cookies essential to deliver the pages securely and correctly, for example those set by our hosting provider to protect the site against malicious traffic. By their nature, they do not require your consent.

Analytics cookies

They are only created if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you choose “Reject” or do not decide, they are not created and nothing from Google loads. They are used to measure visits to the site, as explained in our Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy.

  • _ga. Provider: Google LLC (United States). Purpose: to tell one visitor from another in order to count visits. Duration: up to 2 years.
  • _ga_ followed by the identifier of the Google Analytics property. Provider: Google LLC (United States). Purpose: to keep the session state of the visit. Duration: up to 2 years.

Booking calendar cookies

They are only created if you choose “See available times” on the contact page or if you open the calendar on the Cal.com site. Before that, the page does not load anything from Cal.com. Cal.com sets them on its own domain, not on the domain of this site, and they are governed by its privacy policy, as explained in our Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy. In our review of the calendar, when opening it and choosing a date, Cal.com set this cookie and did not store any data in the local storage of its calendar:

  • __cf_bm. Provider: Cloudflare, Inc., which protects the service of Cal.com, Inc. (United States). Purpose: to tell human traffic from automated traffic in order to protect the booking service. Duration: 30 minutes.

Cal.com may change the cookies it uses in its service without our control. If you do not want them to be created, you can write to us with the contact form instead of using the calendar.

What we do not use

  • Advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • Social media pixels or profiling tools.

If in the future we add cookies of another type, we will update this policy and ask for your authorization before activating them.

03 Local storage

The data you send through the contact form is not stored in cookies. It is transmitted directly to respond to your request and is processed in accordance with our Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy.

In addition, the site may store two technical items in your browser’s local storage. The first is your decision about analytics cookies, and it is stored when you accept or reject in the banner:

  • Name: klydo-cookie-consent.
  • Provider: Klydo, in your own browser.
  • Purpose: to remember your decision, so that you are not asked again on every page and nothing from Google loads if you rejected.
  • Data it stores: your decision, its date and the version of the privacy policy in force. It does not store identifiers or any other personal data, and it is not sent to Klydo or to third parties.
  • Duration: 12 months. When it expires, or if the version of the privacy policy changes, the banner asks you again.

The second is stored only when you close the notice that suggests viewing the page in another language or choose the language it proposes:

  • Name: klydo-language-suggestion-dismissed-until.
  • Purpose: to remember that you already responded to the language notice, so that it is not shown to you again on every page.
  • Data it stores: only the date on which the indicator expires. It does not store your language, identifiers or any other personal data, and it is not sent to Klydo or to third parties.
  • Duration: 90 days. When it expires, the site deletes it and the notice may appear again.

You can delete them at any time by clearing the site data from your browser settings. If your browser blocks local storage, the notices work the same way, but they do not remember your choice.

04 How to manage cookies

To change your decision about analytics cookies, use the “Cookie preferences” link in the page footer. If you withdraw your authorization by choosing “Reject”, we stop sending data to Google and we delete the Google Analytics cookies of this site.

You can also allow, block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Keep in mind that blocking technical cookies may affect how some websites work. These are the official guides of the most widely used browsers:

You can also browse in private or incognito mode, in which the browser deletes cookies when you close the window.

05 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the technologies we use or the applicable regulations change. The version in force will always be the one published on this page. If you have questions, write to us at contact@klydo.com.co. See also our terms of use.
